*So many people are misinterpreting "Project Comeback"* It doesn't mean that her lifestyle that isn't working -- it just means that she's getting back in routine after some life changes! I mean, a new dog and a new apartment?? Definitley warrants a project comeback. EVERYONE goes through ebbs and flows with their eating and exercise (habits in general), and it's unrealistic to expect her not to. Think of how your own habits change after big events, vacations, the start of the school year. The criticism Sarah's receiving from is an indication that people can track her lifestyle better they track their own. She's living a normal life, don't let the expectations of perfect social media life trick you into thinking that Sarah is losing control lol. Lastly, remember that her KZfaq is just a reflection of her daily life. Her vlogs don't serve as a comprehensive how-to guide, so the judgement isn't necessary

2 1/2 weeks isn’t a thing, preggas starts at 4 weeks. But 2 1/2 weeks is implantation though so definitely the same symptoms of pregnancy. I suppose it depends on what you believe about conception and when pregnancy starts but phtysiologicaly 2 weeks pregnant is not a medically recognised thing

@@jessicawhitfield5674 I suppose if find out via a doctor super early then it would technically be but midwives count week 1 as the last period so if you find out literally as you conceive it would only be 2 weeks I suppose but it depends on the doctor and how they track it. Normally 4 weeks is standard when you would normally get your period so that’s 2 weeks post ovulation if your cycle is really consistent and ovulate on day 14

seriously. she can't be more than 23-25% bodyweight. other fitness youtubers like Whitney Simmons and Nikki B hover around 22-24% bodyfat and they don't care cuz they know they are fit. i feel like Sarah doesn't like her current body and wants to go back to the figure she had before ---- when she always got sick and had no period for almost a year. its not healthy. why can't she tell us how much she weighs? i bet its not that bad.

I haven’t finished watching yet, but I just wanted to say your chat inside of the gym post workout really hit home for me. You put my feelings into words when you said it’s a struggle going into the gym and not feeling powerful anymore. I think a lot of people assume if you have been into fitness for a while you don’t get that anxiety anymore or insecurity, but it really is challenging “falling off” of your A-game and getting back into the gym. It almost feels like you’re starting from square 1 and cannot perform exercises with proper form or have lost your knowledge. Plus the addition of assuming people will judge your current physique to your old one. Thank you thank you thank you for bringing light to this, that any experienced gym goer can still feel out of place in the gym.

SEZZY thank you so so much, this motivates me so so much to be my best self health, fitness and mental wise. + people commenting things about how she isn't a good role model for girls because she makes them feel bad about themselves, need to take into account the fact that Sarah's weight is not the ideal weight for everyone, it's her own. They need to realise she's just sharing her personal opinions and story. She isn't picking on others weight she is simply acknowledging the fact that she has slipped and personally feels that she can be fitter not necessarily shredded. She knows what is okay and what is not okay for her body. She's talking about her personal bests in her life. Grow up.

I understand that Sarah is sharing her life and how she feels but I still think she’s not in a good place with her body image. The things she said can be very triggering with some people that are sensitive to eating disorders. I’m on vacation and haven’t worked out in a week. I am not unfit because of it, nor am I fat because of it. It might take me a couple days to lift my normal weights, but that’s normal! For me being sustainable is to take in account that you will have moments where you don’t go to the gym for a few days because life gets in the way or you don’t feel like it and that’s normal! I’m not saying this to hate on Sezzy. I love her videos and I like the general message she is spreading about listening to your body. I just wanted to put this out there in case it might help someone because I’ve struggled with disordered eating before. You are more than your body ❤️

Yea, that's actually a pretty healthy mind-set to have. What see does actually, which is not healthy, is conditioned happiness. Which means she is calm and happy when she is eating healthy, going to the gym etc. What we should all aim at, is unconditioned happiness. Be disciplined to work out to feel healthier not to look better, eat healthy to feel energized, but if life comes to your way (work, college, vacation, kids, any other obligation), think about it as just short-term obligations you have to manage with. All the workouts you did previously should make you feel better and easier to take a 4-7 even 14 days break from exercising, not create a feeling of guilt. I don't know, maybe I am wrong, but feeling guilty emotions means you are not grateful for what you have done so far and you are not aware where you are standing.

Preface: I LOVE Sarah. I've been watching her for so long and love her workouts. BUT I genuinely hope that she one day realizes and embraces intuitive eating/living truly. Body weight fluctuation is normal and healthy. Seasons of eating differently and not working out as much are normal and healthy. 4 days of no gym is healthy. It would be different if she would have just said " I want to go back to the gym because it makes me feel better", but the premise of her needing to go back to the gym because she "gained weight" is ridiculous when she is obviously at a healthy weight. Doesn't seem like she has a very healthy mindset around food/exercise

Definitely! And she got her period back and has said she's the fittest she's ever been. That's SO great but I do agree that the body image issue is very much so there. Even in her vlogs when she was "super shredded" she said she wished she was leaner in certain areas. Sez - you're beautiful! Practice contentment with what you have and stop constantly chasing something to fix!

I love that you made this video as I am going through the exact same thing right now. The past couple of months have been so stressful, I am traveling and moving and switching jobs and trying to maintain a healthy diet and active lifestyle at this point in time just hasn’t been working for me. I’ve put on about 8kgs and I feel like an absolute blob. I started crying in the shops the other day trying to find something to wear and looking at items I could have bought a few months ago that I just can’t wear right now. I know I can get back on track, but the beginning is always the hardest. Aloha. Thank you for all of your inspiring videos! I just discovered them and very impressed as well as thankful for all of your tips! Such hard work you do! I can only imagine the ongoing messages you have to reply to, not getting much me time throughout the day. I am over 30 years old, have 2 daughters, in healthcare, travel all over the world to do outdoor recreation like death defying Norway hikes, yoga sessions in the UK, snowboarding extensively all over Finland, Norway, Sweden as well as bike in places like Denmark...just to name a few. Many ask me how is it that I look 15 years younger than I am, and have so much energy!? Lots to maintaining my health. But back to your delima. I think you should own gym equipment at home. Don’t waste energy, time, and money on driving places. I’ve learned the hard way. I am also an airbnb host (you and Kurt are welcome to stay at my place for free as my thank you for all of your tips!), offering my home gym and health foods, and about to open up my own health food cafe’...I wake up energized and ALWAYS motivated to work out because my home is my gym...my kitchen is my health food store. If only I could show you pictures...but then I also want to start my own KZfaq site/business. “This mom can do a lot of shit!” (I’ve been called a MILF! Haha!) Invest in a rowing machine, to start! Full body workout utilizing over 86% of your muscles. Ah, I can go on. Aloha and Mahalo, M.

I’m sorry to comment this, I love you Sarah but sometimes I feel like you obsess too much over what you eat and it can be triggering to certain people. I had a period of time in my life (when I first got into fitness) where literally I felt like everything bloated me super badly and I felt nauseous after nearly every meal. I remember feeling super sick after just eating an organic fig bar and tea for breakfast and after that my parents gave me a stern talk about eating enough while doing exercise/ body image, etc. After a lot of introspection I figured out that partly what caused that discomfort was just my mentality about those foods. The way I thought of them and the fact that I put them into “good” and “bad” boxes. I’m not perfect now but it’s certainly gotten a whole lot better and I feel a lot more balanced.

Sez When you train and build muscle you are going to gain weight, so I hope you aren’t taking the scale too seriously. I’ve gained 10 pounds of pure water after getting off the Keto diet. You look great, and I’m sure so many of your subscribers such as me are jealous that we will never look like you because you have a different body type than us. But it’s okay, because we are all beautiful ❤️.
@ohhitstheshizz

Muscle doesn’t technically weigh more than fat, a pound of fat and a pound of muscle are both a pound. Muscle is more dense and takes up more space on the body than fat, which is why people say it “weighs” more. Her weight gain could be muscle, fat, water, a combination of all three. But as someone who works out frequently, like Sarah, despite the scale, we can look in the mirror or feel our skin and know our body composition is “off” from what we’re used to, even if it does still look good. I’m sure she just feels she isn’t in her best state.

I am absolutely devastated. Not just because of the weight alone, but because I put so much effort into working out and eating well, yet my body scan results did not show this (my body fat % was much higher than I would have imagined). Being a fitness nut I totally get that not having a good workout for 4 days can make you feel a little blobby, but at the same time, I feel like for girls who are struggling with body image or are new to fitness or just getting started on their journies would find this really discouraging. To the girls who have found this discouraging, know that we are all on our own unique fitness journies and while 4 days of being inactive isn't ideal for Sarah, it shouldn't make you feel bad. If you've had weeks or even months of feeling unmotivated, if you've been eating unhealthy food recently or if you're struggling, it's totally okay and beating yourself up about it isn't worth it. Also, weight doesn't matter! It's just a number and it's totally different for everyone depending on SO many factors. Measure progress in other ways and stay away from the scales

People watch someone who focuses on their health and calls it triggering and alarming. We have the benefit of seeing the INSIDE of her motives and incentives. She motivates me to take care of my body, pursue a healthy lifestyle and physique and make it a daily goal. That’s not toxic. It’s just so different from the norm. As someone who lives in America with an outrageous obesity rate and heart disease as the #1 killer.... she’s inspiring to me. I’d rather be obsessed with not eating soy that gives me an eye rash than get heart disease at 45. No one is perfect. I find her inspiring! Be a WEAPON again, Sarah! After we get Baby Day :)

Could you please do a video on quick and healthy salads or lunches. My daily schedule is very busy and I find myself getting so stressed when it comes to actually finding something healthy to eat that is quick and still tastes great. During my fitness journey I have found that food is my biggest struggle because it so easy to just pop something quick in the microwave or run and get something but I want to eat more at home and teach myself to choose the healthier option. Ps LOVE YOUR VIDEOS and I can’t wait for your new activewear line to launch!

but how is it realistic to eat no junk food ever?? like love you sez but i dont understand how you do it! i have never seen you eat hot chips or skittles EVER and i know they used to be some of your favourite foods as you say, but why do you have to cut it out forever? i watch a lot of other fitness youtbers that still eat junk sometimes like on a cheat day or whatever because even though there are healthy alternatives to everything sometimes you just want the real thing and thats fine because thats about balance. I just dont think i could cut out some of my favourite foods entirely how do you mask those cravings so much i would love to know

I cut out all refined sugar when I realized how bad it was for my health and have never looked back. I used to be someone who would NEVER say no to dessert, and I lived for ice cream. When I took them out and broke my addiction to sugar, I am not even tempted by them anymore. The way I feel without all that sugar is 1000000x better then any of that ever tasted. This is just my experience personally, I know some people can have things in moderation and do well like that. But I am with sezzy, you FEEL better after eating the healthy alternatives.

i would agree that cutting out junk food as much as possible is a good habit just because junk food has a bunch of unnatural and really addictive ingredients! If i ever do find myself eating candy bars or anything with refined sugar i have to literally ween myself off of it for a few days before getting used to eating healthy food again. For me, junk food just makes me want more and crave more and thats what leads to binge eating and feeling bloated and gross. Id rather eat a healthy version to satisfy my sweet tooth but avoid the unnatural sugar high and cravings for the next week.

I'm such a massive fan, and to see you still want to be motivated with an injured wrist, and moving and going through a major life transitionis so inspiring! I used to be super super fit, I even have you SITSI ebook, but i found that i'm not able to do it or any other workouts, because i've had an overuse injury in my right wrist for the past year because of school. Do you think you could film a video for how those with an injury in their wrist can still do proper training? Because my injury has progressed so much to the point that i can't use my arms at all. Love you sezzy!!

I regularly take a week completely off training. It is actually really important for your body. Most athletes do this... It really saddens me to watch you talk the way you do about health and fitness and how much (or little) you eat etc. You have disordered eating, and you are spreading this message to others who believe “this is a healthy lifestyle”. This is coming from a nutritionist and wellness coach.

As someone who has been recovered from an eating disorder for years I rarely find myself "triggered" anymore, even as I watch people weigh their food and workout for hours. However, I have to agree with the people who find Sarah's approach and attitude in this video extremely problematic. It's fine to love the gym, it's fine to get antsy when you don't go for almost a week or when you haven't been eating well. But it's not normal behavior to start beating yourself and stating that you need a "comeback" like you're a washed up sitcom actress from the nineties, after a few days without training. Its not normal to get nostalgic about a time where you were lonely, overworking yourself, and undereating to the point of no longer menstruating. As someone who has suffered from anorexia in the past, it's not that I "can't handle" or am triggered by fitness talk or behavior, but I certainly raise my eyebrows when someone is behaving in a way that I recognize as not entirely mentally healthy. It might be "normal" for the fitness world--but how much is that really saying?

I can’t believe how many people are being so harsh! I think this is very realistic. I feel like this is true to what a lot of people go through with fitness! Choosing to incorporate fitness into your day to day life can be challenging and it’s easy to fall off if you have a bad week. I’ve had years of motivation followed by a year of trying and failing to get back at it followed by 6 months of intense focus. I’m not saying it’s great but if it’s what people want to do, who are you to say its wrong? Everyone struggles, And if you’re in the spotlight of course you’re going to call it out since everyone expects so much of you. I also struggle with food allergies and people are being so harsh about that too. If you don’t experience it you don’t know how uncontrollable it can be. Sezzy don’t listen to all the haters! 💕

I love re watching old Sez videos and I’m reading the comments on this and it’s breaking my heart. So many people choose to judge others negatively and point out their flaws and there is more than one person in this comments section who is listening to Sarah express her discontent with her body and her body image issues that she is having and they are making it about themselves. She said she was the heaviest she has ever been, and that is because, although she didn’t know it at the time, she was pregnant in this. And being pregnant now, I feel like I can’t express myself on my own channel about how I’m feeling and I’m dealing with my own life because people are going to turn it around and make it about themselves. I’m sad

Damn with all the hate in the comments. If food, exercise or body shape talk is triggering to you, this is not a channel you should be watching. Its her job to talk about those things. It's your own responsibility to choose channels to watch that are right for you. And she never said she was a "failure" for not working out for 4 days like you guys are calling her out for she just said she was being a blob. For people who work out regularly that's a pretty long break and your body does feel slower and sleepier, aka blobby. And PS if you wrote a paragraph ripping into her, don't end it with "no hate I love her!" Also, with the weight gain, she said it's because she and Kurt have been eating bigger portions, not because of 4 missed gym days. Going back to the gym was just the start of getting back on track. Love weight is a thing and if she wants to get back to where she was before it why is everyone so offended?
