Thanks for sharing your story. I'm slim but I always hear pple tell me to try and eat and add some weight. I get depressed thinking that my relationship issues comes from being slim maybe if I added weight I will not have relationship issues. This makes me eat anyhow and guess what weight refused to show. I have never been a foodie but I started forcing myself to it. But from your story I have learned that it's all about eating healthy and looking healthy. The goal for me now is to eat and look healthy. Anyone who says I'm too slim and can't be in a relationship with me I'm fine and ok with that. God will definitely bring the person who will appreciate my weight and I pray for grace to be disciplined with food. I eat much at a time, eat at very odd hours at night, sleep on my tommy and other unhealthy eating habits. I just pray to be disciplined before marriage so I don't go through what you went through. It's called incentive spirometer, very necessary after every surgery, early ambulation is also very necessary after every surgery. I belive the injection was lovenox or a brand of it to prevent any clot. The sock is a compression sock to help prevent clot or VTE which may result to any possible PE or DVT. To my ladies who are still struggling with weight loss, intermittent fasting is the biggest go-to for those with discipline 💪. I lost 25kg on fasting from sept 2022 to march 2023. It works like magic, but u just need to be disciplined and do it consistently. I've maintained the weight from march to date

I'm touched as I am going through the same my doctor told me to lose weight as my height can't carry so much cz I'm very short and I always have body aches.
