hi rose, i really love your videos and subscribed your channel the very first time i saw it..You sound so genuine..and i like your body too:) I'm right now in a weightloss journey and trying to build lean muscles..im not bothered too much abt my weight since my BMI is normal..but i have more body fat around hips and back of my waist..i started going gym and doing strength training and reduced 4 kg so far in a month with a healthy diet..Can you suggest me some good exercise to reduce fat around hips. My fat is not distributed evenly , so it looks weird around hips:( Any suggestions please....

Thanks😊. Its not practical to reduce fat in one area by exercising that body part alone. For fat loss, you have to go for calorie deficit and double the effort of eating right and exercise. Fat around the back your waist may take little longer to disappear. But just continue doing this, you will reach there😊

Pinne dinner 2 chapathi aaku.. saadharana currykku pakaram chumma parippokke vevichu kazhikkuka.. Portion control, healthy food, consistancy ithokke sradhikka. Sugar adangiyittullathu complete aayi upekshikka.. weight maintainencinu cheat day okke aavam.. But weightlossinu weekly cheat meal mathi. 10 kilo kurachille, ini ellathilum effort ichirim koode koottanam next stage weightloss start cheyyan. Focus on food.
