I'm sure he probably manages fine in his day to day life, and even if he doesn't that is none of your business. For all we know he just acts frustrated for the content, so you can't just assume his behaviour in videos is representative of his behaviour in real life. Just to clarify, some people actually do need help installing light bulbs in the ceiling. There are a lot of disabilities that mean you can't stand or reach up like that. It's easy to take these sorts of things for granted but it's important to be thankful for even the little things like being able to use your body the way you want to.
