I guess you two totally missed the fact that ALL these movies were leading up to Thanos being the ultimate boss fight. It shouldn't of been that much of a surprise that he was beating Hulk in the very beginning, if you actually grasped how powerful they were making him out to be during all these films.

What a lot of people failed to understand was that Thanos was born an Eternal Deviant. Thanos is naturally stronger than the Hulk and could still easily take him without an infinity stone.

Wanda and her late brother Pietro got their powers from the Mind Stone, courtesy of Hydra, when it was still encapsulated within Loki's Sceptre. That's part of why Wanda and Vision have such a connection.

Before seeing WV I didn’t know that, I’m more than positive there were theories, but most of the mcu fans didn’t know, we all found out together. So, just be mindful of what you’re spoiling based off of the info they know and don’t know yet.

But All I can say is if you're really A Marvel fan not just a Avengers fan go back and start from the beginning, I have and I watched each movie 5 to 6 times a piece. And learned more each time.

25:59 Thanos saying "I like him" towards Quill spoke volumes. Quill was one of the few people in this movie willing to sacrifice the thing he loves most. Thanos respected that since he was also willing to give up everything to achieve his goal.

Cause Cap is humble 😂 Team Cap for life!! Rhodey was actually talking about regretting signing the Accords. That said I love Iron Man too. I never thought being on either team meant you had to hate the other. Wanda and her twin got their powers by volunteering for experiments, in which they used Loki's scepter which was powered by the stone now in Vision's head. The beginning of Age of Ultron The Avengers were laying siege on the building where the staff was, and they recovered it.

It’s so frustrating hearing you guys miss every single mark and detail about previous films that answers this movies questions. All y’all do is guess and try remembering characters that have shown up before in other movies and miss specific plot points that were also shown already. (Ex) Homecoming was literally 2 weeks ago and yall don’t even remember Tony giving Peter that new nano suit at the end of the movie which was clearly the suit Peter got in the sky because he rejects the suit in homecoming. Another example. Y’all literally asked how Wanda and Vision got their powers?? Like okay I guess Age of Ultron just didn’t happen. yall saw in the movie that Wanda and vision both got their powers from the mind stone in Loki’s staff that Hydra had possession of in the beginning of avengers AOU. Idk maybe I’m nip picking but wow yall missed so much that would’ve made yalls first watch to this movie even greater of an experience for yall and would’ve actually paid off

She's a mutant meaning her and her half-brother, Quicksilver, were born with them. Their father is Magneto but they have different mothers

His been planning this for decades. Loki worked for him in The Avengers first movie, Thanos sent him to Earth. Thanos knows about each stone and it's strengths. He knows where each one is, and he knows what it will take to get Each one. He's a General commands a army as large as our planet. Watch he's five steps ahead of everyone.

Loki isn't a God (of mischief LoL) But remember Odin isn't his father they took him from the Frost Giants as a baby and raised him on Asgard so he can die easier than Thor. Thanos was born from two Eternals. As a result, he becomes host to the Deviant Gene, which alters his appearance but still technically makes him an Eternal. In the films, Thanos' appearance is never explained, and it is merely assumed that he's another alien species. However, his origins aren't explored either, leaving his true nature largely unknown. I think Thanos is half Eternal half Deviant

In this MCU Fury assembled the Avengers and the first one he had in mind (in the mid 90s) was Captain Marvel. Edit. 2 things: first, it was great that you thought The Collector was The Grandmaster from Sakaar (the trash planet). In the comics, those two beings are actually brothers. Second, I agree that the Avenger couldn’t exist without Iron Man. As Tony as said, he pays for everything. He is responsible for them having a base of operations, and all the cool tech some Avengers use was designed by him (War Machine, Falcon, Hawkeye and Hulk (I know Hulk is a stretch, but I’m referring to Veronica, the system that contained the Hulk Buster armor) all use Stark tech from one degree or another.

If I'm not mistaken the member Wonder man was injured either by Vision or during a battle, he was dying a they transferred his consciousness in to Vision but Wanda and Wonder man was having a relationship...so he was trying to continue the relationship but Wanda struggled with it... that's why he said "I can only feel you"

Thanos is a titan and titans are the only beings able to kill gods Especially in greek mythology , The Titans were the previous generation, and family of gods, whom the Olympians had to overthrow, and banish from the upper world, in order to become the ruling pantheon of Greek gods.

Thanos isn't that type of Titan though. This Titan is a moon of the planet Saturn. Thanos's father, Alars (aka Mentor) traveled to Titan and found a lone surviving female Eternal and they used their genetic material to repopulate Titan. These Eternals of Titan have no connection to the Titans of Greek mythology who were the generation of Greek gods that preceded Zeus, Hera, Hades, Poseidon, etc.

1. hulk went missing since the ending of Age of Ultron, not Civil War.. 2. the Iron Spider suit was the one that Tony is giving Peter at the end of Spiderman Homecoming for the announcement of the new member of the Avengers, and Peter rejected the offer.. 3. those are not flying dinosaurs, those are the flying thingy from the 1st avengers.. 4. the Collector first appearance was from the endcredits of Thor Dark World, where the friends of Thor brought the Reality Stone to him..then he also appeared in the Guardians of the Galaxy 1 explaining the Infinity Stones to the Guardians.. 5. Ebony Maw (squidward) is Thanos' lead scientist..not a sorcerer.. release part 2! hehehe

Thinking of Asgardians as if they were aliens that just look exactly like humans can explain a bit. They’re not immortal, and the royal family does have magical blood, allowing them to live longer than their people. But Asgardians are just built different. They’re considered gods because of their durability, longevity, strength, and magic. Like, if something came down to a planet when it was relatively primitive, displaying such abilities would easily make many different species see them as “gods”. So they have the title of gods but they aren’t immortal like the Greek or Egyptians gods

even tho they're gods they can still die. thanos is really strong because he is a titan, & he is now also js really powerful even with only one infinity stone when he attacked the asgard ship. wanda got her powers with her twin brother when they both volunteered for hydra to be experimented on and the scepter (spear thing with the mind stone) was used to give them their powers.

He has the Power Stone, but the director's said in an interview that he wasn't using its power when he fought Hulk. There's a video on KZfaq titled "Why Thanos Was Able to Defeat Hulk in Infinity War" where this question is addressed in an interview.

Fans tend to forget that the Universe is a mighty big place! There is always someone bigger and stronger. There is always some metal or force that is more powerful. Everyone assumes that vibranium is the strongest substance ever, but it's just the strongest that we have here on Earth. In the Marvel comic books, Thanos is immensely strong. Most of the major characters are far stronger than what we've seen in the films.

A God is relative. To humans, Asgardians are God's. But like Allfather said, we are born and we die" (something like that) by definition is not immortal, just stronger and live longer with great technology.

Asgardians are not true gods. Remember in the first Thor movie Jane Foster posited The notion that when ancient terrains first saw these powerful aliens they mistook them for God's.

In Norse mythology yes. But not in the MCU. Oden and Loki both say " The humans think of us as God's.". Even Ego says "... with a small 'g'".

Thanos in comics had always beaten hulk,even tho thanos avoided hulk cause of how strong he is when he gets angry,tho Thanos isn’t stronger than hulk I mean he’s strong as hell but he ain’t stronger than hulk, but how he beaten hulk on that ship is like pressure points idk but Thanos is very very smart and way better fighter
