Loving the podcast so far. One thing I would say in regards to the girl in the gym, as someone who embarked on a weight loss journey, I would use the weight and strength machines in the gym when I started out, however, I would use them after doing a good hour and a half of cardio on the cross trainer and the treadmill so unless she is solely using the weight machines you can’t judge a book by its cover.
