Man a good chair is so important. I managed to find a 20 year old Herman Miller for $20 on marketplace. It was a major upgrade. I'm sitting on a steel case series 1 now. Not quite as comfy as the Aeron, but still very comfy and only $500 new. I think I paid $50 from an Amazon return reseller. Definitely recommend the steel case brand as well. For me, shopping for a good chair was about as stressful as shopping for a used car lol. But with some research and patience, it was def worth it. ✌️

Totally agree, my Aeron has been amazing, but after 15+ years (at least) it’s getting a bit tired. Really happy with this Flexispot chair so far.

thanks for this! i pulled the trigger on the flexispot and it comes tomorrow! my current chair is so uncomfortable so i haven’t been drawing as much and i hope the chair makes it easier to sit at my desk and do my stuff (draw, journal, write, online research, annotate papers, etc.) i also want to get into recording guided meditations and i’m considering getting a mic to mount onto my desk to support that. thanks for the promo code!

Dude! I bought the Ergo Chair from Autonomous about 4 years ago and I've never looked back. You can get it for $400-600 depending on where you live and if you can find a promo code. Excellent chair all around and amazing customer service. They also make sit/stand desks. Highly recommend if people are looking for other options.

So how tall are we talking? I’ve never found a chair that I could fit in comfortably at 6’5”.

I’m not extremely tall, but I’m 6’2”. The extended base really makes a big difference for me.

@@chris-piascik almost does. Depending on if you’ve got a few inches of your feet dangling at its max height. My biggest problem is leg height. If a human’s knees are higher than their hips, you naturally collapse forward.
