I think it’s normal. I would suggest you to find a motivation for doing whatever it is you want to do. Ask yourself why you wanna do it and create a schedule so that you start working on it. Give yourself time to rest, but always keep pushing.

You are not alone, bro. Had the same experience. What helped me was doing simple or little things again in order to feel a sense of accomplishment each day. Small victory is still a victory. Small accomplishment is still an accomplishment. Trying something new or learning a new skill I think is helping me recover. This is the reason why I decided to create my YT channel. I hope it helps. Keep going man, little steps matter this time. Big hugs.

write down a goal and break it into steps. Try notion, great platform to organize your life. look for notion tutorials on dashboards, habit trackers, etc etc
