See it is very simple. If you want to become tailor associate with tailors, or want to become businessman than associate with businessman. If you want to improve chanting then associate with good chanters. Only association of good devotees can save one.

Hare krishna lovingly dhvt Pranam to all great Vaishnavas Nd I have one question that actually wis r many Nd I always discuss with my mentor but as respond of Hg Rukmini krishna prabhu j lecture I want some help as I m n B tech student Nd by prabhupada Nd great vaishnav kripa i know something about bhakti Nd chanting the 16 rounds daily morning 4 to 6 approx but I want to tell that after it I have to go for some exercise as whole day is busy Nd also by my mentor Nd seniour guru instruction i also read prabhupadas books Nd srimad gita also so I have to complete my chanting as fast as I can so how to improve it as it is discuss in lectures Nd also also my self love to do the 17 th round but actually my in force power alow but some how I cant do md plz instruct us how we can tends us towards attentive chanting already 16 round attentively daily Nd also whole day make us conscious like I see my mentor Nd seniour devotee chant whole day i Lisson about srila prabhupada that he use to chant whole day while speaking to someone else or not as prabhupada is not n ordinary soul but some how I want to make my conciouss like that only as college student Nd environment is not good as u know nd things ur not ur control so plz it’s my great obedience to u as u r doing a great Seva by u tube channel plz provide me some helpful information Hare Krishna dvp 🙏🏻😊🌹

Nice question First of all if one is chanting 16 rounds attentively then no one can stop him chanting whole day in mind even his own mind. So take proper guidance from your authority they know you better. I can just give general answers, that one should stop complaining about shortage of time n start managing his own life. And again I will take take guidance from your mentor.

What is the science behind japa. What should be ones posture while doing japa because I find many people many people doing japa standing ,walking.

The Best way is to Chant while sitting on the grass matt, sit straight, cross your legs. And Eyes should be half opened. But if someone is feeling sleepy then he may stand or walk. It is better to chant while walking in compare to Sleep in chanting. But the best is to chant in sukhasan position that's what sitting on ground.
