This is exactly why I never pre order my figures. There are almost always some defects in the beginning. Take the elite 83 edge for example. It came with the wrong hands but it was fixed later on.

Hey man, I know this video is old and you probably know by now, but you can dermal all those old elite head holes to be bigger. After a few heads you get the feel for how much work each needs but it would be a super easy way to prevent from having to reheat heads to pop off later.

Make sure wrap a sock or a cloth when removing head parts around the torso so it doesn't break young man😂 love the video.

I need to ask this question Have you ever tried to do a head swap and not heat it up enough so the neck peg snapped IN HALF. The bottom of the peg is still in the torso but the top is still in the head (I wanted to ask because this happened to my elite 82 finn and I already torso cracked it I just need to get the peg out of his head sculpt)
