Hi Voja, thanks for another great video! You are ALWAYS objective and honest, and your reviews ALWAYS inspire our team. Since the launch of the Supernote A6 X, we've been releasing software updates every month to optimize the experience and add features our users want that won't bloat the device, but will make it more useful. Thank you for pointing out the battery life issue, our team made a mistake that caused the battery level to display abnormally. We plan to gradually optimize the battery life, and especially the standby time, in subsequent software updates. For now, our team needs to go ahead and take the punishment and do pushups :(

Pushups to make the code in the Supernote harder and stronger? 😃 Kidding aside, it's an amazing device and I'm really surprised by how much functionality it packs and how it delivers it. Also, great work on the updates, I know they are regular, since I've been using the device for 2 months now, and each update brings new things to the table and makes improvements to the overall experience :)

Also good to know: 1. Supernote user manual can be found in settings. 2. Double Tap the Screen and hold on the screen to activate "delete lasso". Circle around the text you want to delete, then release the 2 Fingers, to go back to "writing pen".

And how are you experiencing the Note Air?

@@nickimaestro6159 it has become a tool I can not go without. Replacing the heaps of notebooks and reading material. Love it. It is not without issues (UX, sigh) but is workable. The only thing that is not working for me is screenshare - I am on Mac and they do not support Macs. I use Lamy pen + remarkable nib.

@@evgenyminkevich6587 Hi thanks for your reply! What do you dislike the most about the UX? I'm still breaking my head over going for the RM2 or the Note Air, leaning heavily towards the Note Air for its multifunctionality and likely also future custom made apps (third party) available in the app store.

@@nickimaestro6159 If this helps - I got RM2 first. I liked Note Air better. Voja reviews of both are spot on. UX - many things. One of them is that switching between apps is three taps. I would like to ve to have a gesture or something simple to jump to the previous app.

Hi Voja! Great as always! I just watched part 1 and will watch 2 and 3 tomorrow. I have a A5 at home and thinking about getting the A5x in a while. Any thoughts about that? Like, when you think about your A6 and A6x, are they different enough to order the X-series? Keep up your great work! You are really the best out there!

Thank you :) The X series is definitely an improvement, but I think that the price is a bit too high, taking into consider what it offers. Great product, needs some improvements in a couple of areas, but expensive.

Hi Voja, one suggestion: In future, can you please share screenshots of your writing on the devices on your website. You make some good points that often are different or complement what you state in the videos. I'd love to read those notes thoroughly after seeing the screencast. Thanks for continuing to produce the most informative reviews on KZfaq. They're a great way to start or finish my day.

Hello and thank you for watching :) I was thinking about that, but the thing about those notes is that those are observations made early on in the testing period, and often times "conclusions" made in those observations are disproven or clarified during later stages of testing. As a pure curiosity I understand they would be interesting to see and I wouldn't have a problem doing that, however internet is a large place that houses a whole variety of individuals, and as such I'm pretty sure I'd find myself in a situation where I'd continually have to explain the same thing over and over again, as to, "why is it written there, but you say this in the video" and I simply don't have the capacity to provide support for such an eventuality.

I'm just trying to figure out the new app so what I write can sync immediately to my iPhone Supernote partner app. Also, it's crazy, when you add a page to your document the new page becomes page #1. User experience...I'm so confused.

How is the writing experience with the heart of metal pen on the super note? Is it just as good as the Lamy or is it not as enjoyable because of the ceramic nib? I like the white pen and the construction but still want a great writing experience. I value your opinions so curious what you think. Thanks Voja!

Hello :) Both writing experiences are great, but different. I personally prefer the Lamy pen, because it feels a little softer and smoother, plus it has the eraser button. Ceramic pen is super precise because it has a smaller tip diameter than the Lamy, it's smooth as well, but a little bit "harder" feel when compared to the Lamy, but also extremely good to use. So both are great, but different. If you prefer softer feel, then Lamy is better, if you prefer harder feel and a smaller, more precise tip, then Heart Of Metal is better.

Thank you for these videos! Just subbed - Can I please ask if all the pens make a clicking noise each time you write on the Supernote? 4:45 clearly records a clicking noise and also noticed on another video - thank you!

Thank you :) Not as you hear it there, since as you can see, the microphone was super close to the pen, to capture the sound of the writing. The "clicking" sound is actually tapping of the pen on the surface of the screen. In reality this is very faint in a quiet room, but some sound is audible.

@@MyDeepGuide Thank you very much for your review. It has helped me a lot. I have a question about the appearance of the handwritten letter. I usually write in very small handwriting, and I'm afraid that on the screen the pixel dots will be very sharp. Is the handwriting sharp even when writing very small?

Got a Note Air too, backlight is too useful to pass. Funny that Supernote said that they don't see value and demand (reddit).

I believe they asked for opinions and having no light wasn't a deal breaker. The other reason given was that it would increase the distance of the pen nib and ink, so affecting the writing experience. Maybe they'll add a light in the future. For me, the only situation I'd like a light is for reading books and I have my kindle for that. Just depends on which features are important to you (needs vs wants) as to which is the preferred device.

For the A5, I would understand no backlight, but for something as small as the A6 (and especially the A6X which is android based), I went with the mobiscribe origin instead because I'm going to be using it for more on the go notes where I'm often in low-light transport, it's something that is a deal breaker for me. And if I need to take just 1 device and it's going to double as an occasional reader, then lights! We'll see when it arrives next month if it was a good choice.

@@irasanchez1265 If there were cases available like the old kindle ones which had a led light strip, I would be fine with an unlit device. Definitely understand people not wanting another layer that lights would necessitate, but with a small portable device like the A6X, it's convenient to take around in dim/dark environments where I often find myself needing to take quick notes/ wanting to read.
