Hello Ma'am. I hope you are doing well!! My baby is going to be 5 months old in 9 days. She has a flat head on the back side. I have started the laddoo shape massage once a day. Do i have to increase the number of massage in a day? Or doing once for 1-1.5mins is okay? Also how much time will it take to get the baby head in a proper shape. She doesn't like tummy time at all. But increasing her time gradually. And started using rai pillow as well
