I have used earthen bricks. I have made it by using soil from site of construction, lime, cow dung, gau ark, water which cointains a mixture of jaggery, jute strands, neem, lemon(citric acid), raw gypsum, natural gond. I have used similar natural materials for joining these natural bricks. I have used vedic plaster(includes one additional material which is quartzite powder which makes the surface of the plaster more smooth to give a shine and pleasing look but porus enough for the walls to naturally maintain carbon dioxide levels and humidity within the rooms) for finishing the walls. And then i have used yellow, red stone dust powder as natural paint for making art on the walls and lime(natural white colour) for painting the walls. Limestone has acted as a major natural brick stabilizing agent. Bricks are interlocking bricks so interlocking joints also add to strength and overall better finishing of the walls. Whereever structural support was necessary, we have ourselves made, extensively tested and used special rebar so as to comply with earthquake resistant rules in our region. The rebar has also been used in such a manner that even when it corrodes over time it won't have major impact on the structure and in our structure the vertical rebars can be replaced as well after they have been fully corroded.

Hi Sir, 2 questions: 1. Can doors be fixed in AAC/Fly ash bricks without column present on other side? 2. If i want to add partitions walls and there is no beams to bear the load, which is best to make partition walls? fly ash or aac? (For Context: I want to make some changes in the room sizes before plastering in a G+3 residential building, but there are no slab beams to support the load, so i want to know the best alternative so that the load on my slab is not increased and my walls are fairly strong as well.. thanks)
