ingredient
5 eggs
1 pollack roe
Chives (or green part of green onions)
Chop the chives (green onions) into small pieces.
Cut the pollack roe in half.
Beat 5 eggs.
Add finely chopped green onions and stir well.
Add oil to the pan and when it is hot, add the egg mixture.
When it is slightly cooked, add pollack roe.
Roll well, shaping the shape starting from the end.
Pour the egg mixture and continue rolling (as shown in the video).
Shape it into a square shape and rotate it until golden brown.
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
