I love how diverse the group is! All their faces are beautiful. Ariel/Halle’s face is more stylized (her sisters’ look more realistic) but I actually do love her face. I think they captured her beauty and doe eyed appearance with some exaggeration while still maintaining a likeness. It’s a very delicate balance!

I remembered this channel randomly at 4 am last night while i was cutting up a clothing piece and sewing a bunch of random things on it. I am 21 years old now and I used to watch this channel religiously as a 11-14 yr old. I would attempt following the tutorials except i would hot glue everything together AND my mom would constantly complain that i wiped my dolls makeup with acetone only to repaint them hideously 🫣 I was basically raised by this woman and I blame her for my craftiness and style (and my hoarding tendencies haha). but im so glad that I found it again these videos genuinely feel like home to me ❤️❤️

Some KZfaq videos I enjoy having on in the background, but yours I always give my full attention because of how dense and beautiful they are. One could even get extra fancy and incorporate the wave doll stand permanently into the top of the water on the play set. This is SUPER cool, and I’m really happy to see the mermaid sisters reviewed. I was on the fence about this pack (I also wish they had arm articulation, and don’t really like the printed fabric tails), but seeing how beautiful they are IRL has convinced me. If you ever want to do a video about giving some kind of Glo up to the fabric tails I’d be very interested lol.

Hello, thank you for the video! Tameka's face and hair are beautiful! I do wish that the remake had kept their old names though, I liked everyone having an "A" name. I also like the joint in the tail so they can bend, I would have liked to see that in the individually sold dolls too. Plus arm articulation. Your craft came out really well too, it's amazing how you can take some box cutouts and some well placed props and make such a beautiful scene!

This doll set is so inclusive. I LOVE IT. Everyone can participate in the mermaid fantasy world. This is going to be so fun for Halloween. I can't wait for the Halloween costumes to be available.

FYI...clear silicone works really well for the water texture. If you put gloves on and dip your fingers into isopropyl alcohol, it will keep your fingers from sticking to it.

I saw a video of another collector that was changing the arms for articulated ones for these mermaids. She was also putting them in hot water to soften. If you try it then you'll have the articulation you want. Hugs
