All the milk evaporating at the beginning is why evaporated milk comes in cans. The fresh mint seems great. And putting the coffee powder directly into the base, instead of into watervfirst seems like another great idea.

Oh my God, thank you so much for putting the recipe as well. You are just amazing. How did you find out how to do the base? Did you do a lot of experimenting? the people that actually whip cream and add fruits or whatever, they think they’re making ice cream! in the end they are just eating very fatty cream with fruits. I’ve been looking for a recipe that requires using other than whipping cream. I’m so ecstatic about this, looks so delicious my mouth is watering. Thanks so much for showing how to do it. I do have one question though, does the ice cream mix crystallize after freezing it? And if it crystallizes, do you have a solution for it? How do you feel about churning the mix in ice cream machine instead of using a blender?

Mam i tried this but my base was not getting thick after adding 3 tbsp of corn flour so i added 1 more tbsp then I let it cool but again it was not thick but the texture was slightly thick so i grind it with some fresh cream and freeze it but after freezing it is still like milk (doodh jaisa liquid form mei) and have alot of ice crystals(even after I put it into air tight container and covered it with cling wrap) and also it is tasting like normal milk with sugar Please suggest should I continue to grind it and after adding the flavours I should freeze it again?

What I mean to say is that after freezing it for at least 12-13 hrs the upper layer is full of ice crystals and when pop it, it is in liquid form.
