Other BL or GL actors have had to do whole public speeches/letter announcements, even doing press conferences, to apologize to their fanatical fans, for not being in love with their screen partner. Even with Mile, there are people wanting a full declaration when in fact they aren't entitled to that.

I understand your feelings, why you feel like this. Why hide it? The issue is that some fandom cultures, or part of them, are extremely toxic. There are very clear expectations of the idol, and idols get stalked everywhere. They're put on a pedestal that is almost impossible to live up to. If they fall from it, it can ruin careers. Thai actors/idols are even luckier than some from other countries. It can be hard to understand for us, who aren't used to this extreme fan culture. Example, look at many/all K-pop, C-pop or J-pop groups. The members of most of those are not allowed to date at all. If they DO get permission, it cannot be dating with a foreigner. Drinking and smoking are not allowed. It can literally end a career, if the idol is caught with a smoke, or it's revealed that they have kissed someone. To most of us, this sounds insane, but it's the norm in some countries. The stalking of the idols will only get worse, and it's already bad enough as it is.. here I'm talking Mile and Apo too.

Most people do casual shipping, it's with a fun but realistic attitude. They like to ship. Then there's the toxic shippers, who seem to get completely into how *their* screen couple is also so deeply in love. BL actors are held to an expectation you don't see in any other acting genre, and then they get blamed when they don't fulfill those expectations.
