I love this video! I purchased way too mich from Sephora last year but am being much more conscious about my spending this year. I'm in Canada so we don't have Ulta. I am hoping not to make Rouge this year.

That's my hope also! i would rather spend my money where I always get the discount! It is a shame Ulta is not in Canada yet. I definitely spent way too much at Sephora in years past and Rouge was the reason...now I just can't say I want that...It isn't a prize anymore, LOL

At least you didn’t make Rouge til Dec. I think I make Rouge by the first half of the year. Granted, a lot is spent on gifts for birthdays and Mothers Day/Fathers Day for fragrances 😢
