can’t wait to make….only thing I would change is to add a slot for a pen on the inner pocket. I hate digging in a bag for a pen! -

I’ve made several bags and I can’t even explain why this one is so good and makes the process so easy, but it does. I, like many others, would love to know all the same allowances. That was the only drawback to this tutorial. I’m working hard on being better about my seam allowances because I know they make a difference. I just finished one as a gift and I’m obsessed with it.

Easiest one I've come across yet. Really appreciated you giving measurements in inches.

This pattern was easy to follow and I am so excited about the bag I made. And…thank you for including “inch” measurements. That helped me tremendously.

I was searching for the perfect tote for a very special person and this was the one I chose for many reasons. First of all you presented the video in an easy to follow format, just perfect. This tote goes together so easy. It would make a most beautiful purse. I love all the pockets, my daughter will love it too. She wants it for all her coloring pages, pens and colors. It went together so easy I made a second one the same day. Both will be filled with gifts for Christmas. Thank you so much for sharing this video.

I have just finishing my own bag, it has really turned out beautifully. I made 2 personal modifications, I put closures on the front pocket for security and reinforced the base of the bag and lining with the iron on facing to help with wear and tear. Your tutorial was so clear and straight forward, thank you so much.😂

I would ask could you please clarify your seam allowance some appear 1/2" to 1/4". Essential for good results. At the beginning of tutorial a list of measurements to cut fabrics and also size of zips etc would be helpful as most sewers like to have all fabrics etc cut prior to sewing. Thank you for this beautiful bag pattern and tutorial.

Tutorial was exceptional. It showed that you had done a lot to prepare the lesson. Keep them coming.

I have made over 7 bags. I use 2 different colors and designs. I'm putting zippers on top and planning to use a zipper pocket . Its so easy to make. Thank you for sharing such a fun hobby. I'd send a photo but don't know how.

Lovely tote bag with many pockets !! Very systematic and perfect job!! I will stitch a similar one with some changes as per my need....... longer handles, zip at the main opening of the bag and a zippered pocket inside too!! Thanks a lot for sharing your skills !!

Excellent tutorial! Your step-by-step presentation is easy to follow and the overlays of text and sewing lines make everything very clear. Thank you for limiting the video at the sewing machine as that can get quite tedious to watch. I love that you added interfacing behind the snaps - brilliant. Will be checking out your other videos.

I made this bag about 3 days ago for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. It turned out better than we both expected. I also made a coin purse that perfectly fitted inside the inside pocket. Thank you sooo much for your excellent tutorial. Now my sister wants one for her birthday. Can’t wait to do one with a zipper this time.😊

Great tutorial. One question, though: what are the side seam allowances. Looks they might be 1/2 inch?

Your tutorials are awesome. I need to make a scrapbooking craft bag that will hold my cutter and score board for scrapbooking. Also pocket to hold scissor, pen, glue tape , and projects and other supplies.

made one yesterday. i needed a tote to hold my water bottle and tablet. I made mine with the pockets inside. I put my initial on the outside. it turned out really nice. i added some thick poster board on the bottom for extra stability. thank you
