Abdul is just the shortened form of Abdullah which means 'Servant (or slave - the terms seem to be interchangeable in the Koran, as they are in the Bible) of God'. It's probably used by every third or fourth male in some Islamic majority countries so the Orange Buffoon could have been talking to a different person in each conversation.
