some rebel also raised voice against plant based protein , as people wasting peas for producing waste protein, a large amount of land is needed to grow peas and then extract protein which is not very cost effective something is fishy. indians need to include whole cow milk and dairy products in their diet to stay healthy otherwise indians will also be lactose tolerant in few years. dont depend too much on food industry. and dont completely shun local foods and fruits.
