Why's everyone hating on the interviewer? His technique is being cold and sober to extract how Steve-O genuinely feels and cut through his jokey persona. Hes been through many extremes and there's a big psychological reason why he acts this way, an interviewer just indulging his stunts and jokes by laughing and cheering will only encourage Steve-O to keep going. I may be wrong, but having watched many documentaries, he seems deeply affected by his childhood and mother's deterioration.
