There is so much NOT said in this episode. The idea that he's a 4th generation business owner requires a lot of questions about how the la d a d company was acquired. Given his age, 4 generations back, Black folks didn't have access to what was GIVEN to him. I wish there was a real conversation about the realities of opportunity gaps. This gives such an imbalanced perspective on how to do what he's done.
