In this video, I will show you how to make a delicious and healthy dish called reshteh Soup. This dish is made with beans, chickpeas, vegetables and noodles and is usually eaten on cold days. I have harvested fresh vegetables from my garden, cleaned and eaten them. After that, I put the soaked beans and chickpeas in boiling water and add salt and pepper to them. Finally, I add the vegetables and noodles to the ingredients in the pot and let it cook for half an hour. Now reshteh Soup is ready and I share it with my neighbors.
