The quarantine island, which was built by the Ottoman Empire to the French in 1865, as the name suggests, it was checked whether those who came to the country by sea had infectious diseases, and those who were sick were quarantined and treated.
Today, it is used as an Emergency-Disaster Training and Simulation Center affiliated to the Ministry of Health.
