How is it connected to ground? Could someone just take it since it doesn't belong to anyone and try to return it to the owner? Is it worth any material or a cheap garage made junk from construction leftovers? I knew once a guy who told everyone that he built his whole house from construction leftovers! Paid for the lot and maybe some little stuff but all major material he collected frome many construction sites while working on them, he was/is a plumber!
