That Oyster pearl with necklace kit you got go for 20-30$ so I would say you did ok on that one. They are actual pearls in them. (farmed of course) but real not a glass bead or anything.

This Odaiba experience looks like a true RL Gacha experience! xD I think the Pearl DIY kit looks interesting, because I went to a Pearl factory where they surface these gems from clams and it was a blast! (Also to tell if its real pearl: Rub two pearls, and if they have marks, its real! Removing marks is as easy as rubbing the pearls! Had to leave this little tidbit!)
