^ This loadout is a mix between fashion and stats.
You're still immune to everything that matters, such as curse, silence, skill stifling, torpor, petrification, sleep, blindness, etc but you lose out on poison immunity and the really good helmet enchantments from the meta loadout. Poison immunity doesn't matter because the Hellfire Chest health restore passive out-heals poison damage, so you're pretty much stuck with nerfed passive healing and annoying screen effects for a while. Cures for poison are also incredibly common and lightweight to carry around.
