H is not going to be able to see his situation clearly until he gets himself OUT of it!! Coming out of it also means facing up to the whole picture, and that is hard to face, because then you start to see your part of things regarding the choices you made. I believe that Harry was taking drugs at a very young age and that even if he does get clean and lays off the drugs and booze, I believe the mental health damage that Harry has inflicted on himself will stay with him.

Hazbeen has probably done this quite a few times, deliberately or not. It's how he's always controlled his family but that tactic no longer works. It's not just addiction/depression. he’s had to deal with rubbish all his life. Was in the middle of his parents marriage breakdown, her death, looking after his brother, Catherine’s pregnancy sicknesses, the Harkles relentless attacks & now his wife & father’s cancers. And it looks like Catherine is a lot more ill than we’re being told. Poor guy 💔💔

Anytime you do a reading about H's mental health and treatment, it's met with a lot of resistance. People forget that he travels back to the UK often to deal with his legal cases and other things that we aren't fully aware of. It's totally plausible that he was, and is, seeking help while there. He didn't move to another country and left his past behind for good. This also tells me he doesn't live with his wife and does things on his own all the time, for long periods of time. Despite how much he has hurt others, I don't wish anything bad to happen to him. I hope he gets the help he needs. Unfortunately, it's his fault that he's not with his brother and cousins. They are showing the world a more youthful and modern monarchy and he's not going to be part of that.

Like all adults its time the 40 year old man-child took responsibility (he's been pampered all his life and never been told NO) considering he's the one who received years of expensive training, travel, education and the privilege of associating with power players and high profile dignitaries. After all he spends his life lecturing the world as a business man, producer, author, mental health expert, philanthropist and a legend of aviation - so surely with all his attributes and accomplishments even he should be able to present himself on the world stage in a professional dignified manner instead of masquerading as a petulant, miserable, sulky, inept and unkempt teenager - having sold out his family he's being paid enough to perform and create a daily narrative of victim-hood for his paymasters just so he can maintain his fraudulent, vacuous and idle lifestyle.

He can't recognise what's good for him. Even if he were invited to the garden party, he would have demanded an apology or permission for Netflix cameras to attend. I would never wish harm upon him, but I think he does need mental health inpatient care. But if he comes back to her, he'll regress, IMO. She needs to keep him doped up, to maintain her control. All of his behavior is odd, but that's the complexity of mental health and addiction. People make irrational decisions and act impulsively, not realizing how serious it is in the long term. He has publicly offered all year to be a working royal again. No one has asked him back. He needs to do some deep reflection.

He's been exactly like this all through his life from 17, taking too many drugs. Charles put him in rehab sees psychological people and it's continued for 20 year's you cannot help him because he won't help himself . And it gets so repetitive and family get so fed up with it all. .

His violent problems started when he was in Kindergarten according to Princess Diana in her books. I think there is somectruth behind a story of Diana trying to throw herself down the stairs whilst pregnant with Harry. I think he may have frontal lobe injuries.

I have a friend who attends Al Anon meetings, and one thing that is discussed is that a substance abuser gets stuck mentally at the age they start using. Harry has said he started at about the age you mention, 11 or 12. A very clear case of arrested development.

I agree entirely! Although he has acted abominably he has fallen victim to an evil, manipulating individual who had her agenda from the very beginning, which was to get what she could from him at all costs. I don't believe she ever intended to stay in the UK. As far as the children are concerned, in my opinion they are not hers, and probably not his either. I hope and pray they have been looked after by their own families and not been subjected to much time with MM and H, also Doria.

Hello Shanta, intriguing read on Harry. No one can help him until he is ready to help himself. If drugs and/or alcohol were involved in his hospitalization, getting clean and staying clean will be a lifetime endeavor. I spent five years caring for a veteran with PTSD whose drug of choice was alcohol and helped another veteran through two nervous breakdowns from stress related issues so understand a bit. I agree with the comment that he needs to be in a treatment center. Being “dried” out for a few days does not help. 3-6 mos in a treatment center can, but will still face a lifetime commitment to remain clean and to take “One Day At A Time” while keeping busy. I wish him well. (Does not mean that I condone his betrayal to country and family nor the emotional pain that he has inflicted upon members of the RF who loved him.).

Thank you for sharing this. Drug and alcoholic addiction doesn’t just go away, it is a day at a time for life. I’m hoping he has hit his bottom and is ready to start recovery. I’ve watched addiction take so many people and regardless of all that he has done I would never wish that on anyone.

Two main reasons. He has the right to privacy regarding his health and he's not as popular as he believes. Despite his security claims, no one is chasing after him. He's only photographed when he lets them know where he is.

If Haznoballs is in hospital, it would not be the first time! He really needs to ditch the witch and find himself through a good mental help professional. If he flipped over the titles, then he has forgotten all he is quilty of! My sincere hope is that he receives help and soon. I can. Haz is a shit. But i believe he is a shit with major mental health issues. Mental health doesnt care if your rich or poor. Whether you were given everything or nothing. Its. ruthless. But he also doesnt help himself with his drug use. And is wifevis down right dangeous for his mental stability. I honestly dont think she will stop till she pushes him into the ground. The problem with rehab or anything they do to clean up is...there is always a trigger that sets the disaster back in motion. Although, in my opinion, he also has issues with his family moving on without him. He can't stand that they are ignoring him and rightly so. He has eliminated, through his very own actions, any and all desire, to stand up for him. He can't understand how their world continues to evolve without him. He needs to man up and put the blame for his troubles where it belongs...on his very own shoulders. For every action there is a reaction. No one is indispensable, not even your child, if they try to destroy you they deserve whatever fate comes their way. You will always love them but you won't ever trust them again, because you have experienced their wrath, true colors. As some say, this is not a "slip of the mask", this is who he truly is.

Harry has put himself in the hospital several times over the last two years. He only stays for 24-48 hours and is released on his own recognizance. We don't have a 5150.

In the State of California involuntary committal is called a 5150, and it does exist, in fact it exists in all the 50 States under different numbers or names, depending on when such laws were past. I know these laws do exist in some European countries in the EU but under other names.

Shanta, let's hope that Harry did book himself into the hospital as that is a positive and at least a small step forward. Hopefully, he'll get away from that wife of his and find a path back for his hell. He can only help himself and really needs to do all he can to get healthy. I wouldn't be too surprised if the Palace isn't the one doing the covering up of any negative news on this coming out. They may not want Harry back, put they have covered for him all his adult life, and will continue to do so. One because of the Firm but mostly because he is the King's son no matter what he has done. I may not like the man, but I don't wish him ill.
