Come on.. she is like 29 years old .. When I was her age I didn’t do much to my face and I looked fresh and beautiful all day long . I am 43 now things re different.

I’m 60 and have loose skin above my eyes so those exercises won’t help lol

I'll try anything and looks relaxing. and will increase blood flow. I do Trinny's AEIOU exercises regularly.

She said a little while ago she had threads in her jaw and neck, she also said she has filler, botox and laser treatments.

This is ridiculous Trinny you have had a thread lift in the jaw and neck area as you mentioned yourself which will also promote collagen. You do so many things to your face; Botox, laser, filler, PRP, red light therapy, micro needling, serums and creams, how on earth do you actually know what does and doesn’t work? This is well and truly trying to mislead people for you to profit from the content on your social media, I thought better of you than that.
