Radiation therapy also called radiotherapy is a cancer treatment that uses high doses of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. At low doses, radiation is used in x-rays to see inside your body. The term "radiation therapy" most often refers to external beam radiation therapy.

After delivery, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy. I took care of my nutrition, eating vitamin-packed foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin. I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress management. I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress. I even started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil combined with a wooden neem comb. The result was hairfall control and the return of my confidence.
