Today's dose of free meditation comes to us from the Caribbean island of Anguilla. This relaxing video was filmed on the "quiet side" of Shoal Bay East, one of the island's top beaches.
Shoal Bay's long stretch of breathtaking sand is divided into two areas. On the western side you will find lots of beach bars, hotels, umbrellas and beach goers. Walk about a mile east, though, and you will find nothing but blue calm and peace!
This little corner of the beach is one of our favorites. We could stay here and watch the waves roll in all day 🤗🤗🤗
The colors of the water...
So rich, blue and clear...
The salty air which beckons you near...
The fluffy clouds as they drift in the sky...
The lulling of ocean waves as they roll by...
