AGENTS are STRESSFUL because their incomes has been significantly reduced from a very quiet Toronto real estate market.

I’m a landlord and in about 3 years - by 2027 I will not be renting anymore. It’s too stressful and too risky if someone doesn’t pay you OR ruins your home. Not worth it. And this will be the sentiment of more and more landlords. I’m seeing my friends who want to rent a home and cannot. Landlords are refusing good tenants. Now you have to be an EXCELLENT and EXCEPTIONAL tenant to get a place now

Landlords have rights! Remember, u can also file claims against tenants in small claims court. Do it all urself, it’s not hard and the rules of this SCC are designed for self representation….no lawyer needed. Sue for the max of $35k, it will cost u $108.

Condo Wong team and Dan provides the best professional service for rental and rental management. I have few Condo units that were handled by them. All tenants are great ! Paying rent on time, I have not seen one single email request from tenants about any repairs or unit maintenance. I have another condo unit ready for rent in a few months and I have already assigned Condo Wong to have with the rental. Full support for Condo Wong

Beware of over reaction to reject offer from some AA or AAA tenants. end up is very costly for the landlord property seating in the market for a long time. things need to look at in different angles. if the tenant has such as high qualification, they are most likely likely be a home owner. I do understand to be a landlord is super challenging. what i see the system is so broken. not even worth to be a landlord.
