The color of the backpack shows up a true mushroom taupe color, but I do love the lining! and that little pink cosmetic pouch is beautiful!!

I wish the cosmetic bags were sold separately, and that there were smaller pouch options on the website! I'm more of a pastel pink girl, but I'm eyeing something from the zinnia line!

How does this compare with itzy ritzy dream? I want to move out of the diaperbag stage but the dream backpack is my go to for planner supplies and plane rides

I am sooooo sad! I finally went to order the Mauve color of the backpack and it's sold out!! If you by any chance want to sell yours, please please please let me know!! I would love to buy it from you. I should have known better than to wait to order this color as it was seasonal :(

Once again I’m tempted by your video…. Looking at the backpack. This is one of the few MZW backpacks I haven’t tried yet. I think I’d definitely take that crossbody shoulder strap to a leathersmith to see if it could be shortened. That’s a bit of a miss from MZW to have that strap so long. I’ve also been emailing MZW and begging them to do “interesting color lining” especially on their black bags…. So I should put my money where my mouth is and buy this one. (As an aside, how crazy would people go on Crosby black bags/backpack/sling if they had bright pink or purple or teal interior…. I mean, instant sellout). Anyways I will probably “take a free option” on buying the bag and seeing it in person. Either return right away or I’m sure it’s resale value will be OK 6 months from now if I don’t like the bag after use.

I’d love to see the Mauve color against Magnet, Walnut and any pink colors in your MZW collection. This looks very much like Magnet with grey/tan tones but with a splash of pink undertones…. If you do a packing video maybe please spoil us with a color comparison ? 🙏🏻 I’m torn now and have both the Utility backpack and Empire Medium tote in my shopping bag… 😂. I need neither of these. For anyone interested, the Utility backpack is 1 inch taller and 1/2 inch wider & deeper then the Pocket Metro Backpack…. But I imagine the square top of Utility compared to the round top of the Pocket M.B. Would make this one hold much much more.
