It will give you an in-depth view of a few of the hammer's main components and will hopefully answer any questions you may have had about it. Just like its big brother the KZ100, the MZ75 operates just like a steam hammer. We use a mechanical linkage and a directional valve along with compressed air to operate and control the hammer. There are no solenoid valves or limit switches. This versatile and lightweight hammer has supreme control for all of your forging projects.

Thank you Mark. We are so glad to hear you are loving you hammer. Yes the versatility with being able to do single or multiple blows along with soft of hard blows has so many advantages. Hopefully you get more time to use it in the near future.

Heck yeah,thank you again for the overview I’ve still yet to hook up the cycle adjuster I made based on what I could see in your videos,my thing is I made my ram 120#s so it takes a bit more air pressure of course I may need to drop some weight off once I have the cycle adjuster installed and during the possible troubleshooting

Hi Ken, Still getting used to the hammer. I am living proof that it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks. My grandson and I are having a great time with it though and we are improving daily. Thanks for a great product.

The Quick Tongs you sent me are great. The v-bit were challenging tho.

We are pleased to hear you enjoy the tongs. Some of the tongs are a little more complicated than others. We encourage people to refer to our videos on tong making if they have questions. Usually the video and the instructions are the answer.

Unfortunately no we do not. Shipping International these days is a little bit of a challenge.

The hammer is great, it just takes a little practice (only a little) and I can do anything I need to. Very happy with it. I also appreciate the personal touch you and your family give to the business whether its for an MLZ -75 or a blacksmith apron. Thank for all you do.
