I don’t think I have watched one of your videos and left thinking I didn’t learn anything from that video! Thank you!

I haven't flown in 19 years after my license. I started again at the beginning of this month and I'm 3 flights in to getting current. Landings are frustrating me but I fly once a week and keep getting better. It's frustrating because I use to be so good at them and now it's like I'm learning all over again.

@@MzeroAFlightTraining Yes sir. I recently went back through your videos again and did the ground school again last year as a refresher. I had planned to start flying last year but with the way the world was/is, I was holding cash in reserves in case something happened to my job.

Completely agree with the spaced repetition. Not sure exact numbers as I'm sure studies should be done; however, my point is that there is evidence that for memory items, revisiting something about 30 minutes after first being introduced drastically increases the chances of recollection. Supposedly it takes the neurons about that time to make these new connections/memories. Revisiting every 30 min or so while drawn out, may actually be the most efficient path to mastery. Coupling that with what you mentioned last month about practicing varying types of landings to improve standard ones with spaced repetition isn't mentioned enough. Thanks for putting all this info out there. Definitely need more teachers like you. I could be very wrong about all this, but hope not.

Spaced repetition.... Yes, I respond best with this... Pattern pounding... or being a range rat at the golf course... same outcome... Bingo!
