Currently running thru Moon dasha. Wealth accumulation ho raha hai Sir ji. Incidentally, aapka aur mera position of saturn and mars bhi ek hi hai - but degree wise different. Read Saral Jyotish Vol-2. No doubt it's a well written book. It answers a lot! But somehow I couldn't figure out this part( retro+Deb ). Still what I could grasp is that with any retro planet attributed by Chesta Bala has an element of dissatisfaction related to expectancy. Good is not good enough. Bad is not bad enough. Also, one must understand that retrogression doesn't make a planet exalted or debilitated from its opposite state. It simply makes it to BEHAVE that way; courtesy of Chesta Bala again! Suppose you have 5th lord debilitated and retrograde. It got the so-called NEECHBHANG! You've put tireless efforts and came out to be an Olympic gold medalist! Still you'd feel like I could've/should've done more or performed better! People will view you as exalted but internally you will not be able to appreciate it that much! Due to being unsuccessful in meeting your own benchmark, you still feel DEBILITATED. That's why Mantreshwara while writing Phaladeepika chose his words very carefully! It ACTS as if though it has become exalted and not that it has actually become one. Rest is upto subjective interpretation. Honestly, this is nothing inherently good or bad. It's just the way it is. Personally, I don't prefer having retro planets( although I have two ) because they show strong unfinished karma(s) of previous life(/lives). It's better to get rid of your dues on time!
