Were supporting Ukraine anyway we can and France just threatened Russia with nuclear war by deploying it's nuclear submarines. Putin's war is definitely not going the way he wanted it to and Europe stands united.

Developing nukes made them a threat, which made them a threat that needs to stop existing if they cause any problems. They think nukes will make them safe but nukes will be the reason that they eventually lose.

It's food aid. NK is largely a failed state and regularly faces famine due to failing harvests. There's thought to be one looming that will be the biggest in the last 30 years. Then NK saber-rattles, we promise them food aid to stop, NK points to it as evidence of how they are actually superior to all of us, and we ignore them for the next 10 years.
