2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
2 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce 甜黑酱油
20g Cooking Wine 绍兴酒
100g Water 清水

500g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
80g Rice Flour 粘米粉
40g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
165g Pumpkin 南瓜
280g Hot Boiling Water 热水
2 tbsp Fried Shallot Oil 炸葱油

* Cotton Rope 棉绳
* ±300ml Cooking Oil 食用油
