This is what true friendship is about. Nu Kuea was uncomfortable with the jokes his friend said and was honest and told him. And his friend apologized and reacted maturely. Very proud to see that scene.

@@chyzoba I personally find this great too. I don't think I remember having *ever* heard this in any kind of series or movie... Very rarely irl either, and as a frank person who would tell it too, I really appreciate both that NuKuea pointed it out and how his friend reacted, neither angry nor uneasy but just accepting the comment as a critic and moving forward from it. It's really great. NuKuea really did choose (all) his friends wisely 👍

My favorite thing about Syn/Nuer is that Nuer has taken an interest in Syn and that includes learning about his religion. Nuer can already read syn's face when he mentioned texting Kuea and clearly explained he had no ill intent/ulterior motive for texting him. Even though they have the least amount of screentime they're by far the most mature pair in the show because they don't let things pile up or become complicated by lying (they way both other couples lie all the time). I really hope we either get a spinoff of this couple or more shows with the two actors because they might be the next great bl couple waiting to be explored.

he's also so in love that he can't really let go of Hia either, despite that betrayal feeling... It's great to see NuNew portray him so well, reserved and sad and then giving into his love (grabbing Hia Lian's hand and accepting his love) and then remembering his uneasiness...

@@AS-sc7dr once again, I feel I can relate. It's a bit like when you like someone, right? You should just go ahead and ask him/her out. But you're just so scared of the answer. There's no reasonable reason I could think of as NuKuea for his parents to sell it all without telling him (actually, that was the real wrong move, right? Hia Lian is wrong, but NuKuea's parents as wronger!!), so it must be sth horrible. If even her mother hasn't told him, I can imagine the amount of courage I'd have to master to ask myself. As for Hia Lian, there's still a *huge* part of NuKuea that wants so badly to believe thar he loves him, especially after all the attention and love he's gotten recently and all of a sudden (I'd be suspicious too at Hia Lian's so brutal change of mindset), so he wants to know, but there again, he believes that if he asks for the truth he'll hear that Hia Lian is marrying him just for his assets and not for love. That's what he's been dreading since the beginning of the series. So, just like when you want to ask someone out, sometimes you'll prefer to remain friends, even if it means suffering a lot. It's stupid, but it's so very realistic to me 😕

When kuea started pointing out ton’a behavior I had to stop the video and come search for appreciation comments cuz I’ve never see a similar thing in an other bl and that make me so happy everyone has their own privacy and has to be respected whoever they are , their gender , color, that part was just so genuine and when Ton said thank u for telling me which’s the normal supposed reply made their conversation much better this is how friends supposed to be y’all close enough but yet as respectful and have proper lines

I had a mental breakdown when Nuer got close to Syn. That was so hot for no reason. Also the way Syn kept blantantly staring at Nuer and mistaking a gear for a shock absorber is really cute. I just thought of this: Kuea doesn't really have the right to be so hurt by Lian keeping secrets from him though. He also lies frequently to Lian. Despite the fact that Lian already knows all his secrets, Kuea never opened up himself. Honestly, he's being slightly hypocritical here.

I disagree with you. NuKuea is aware of that fact (he said "we both have secrets"), but his secrets aren't as bad as (what he thinks) Hia Lian's are: (we are made believe that) Hia Lian wants to marry NuKuea just to be the owner of everything NuKuea's family owns. It's pretty terrible, when you're in love with someone, to believe that there will be no love in this marriage, only financial interests. NuKuea makes Hia Lian believe that he's studying computer engineering instead of car engineering, he didn't tell him he was a musician and liked superbikes and supercars. I truly can't see how those lies can compare, in terms of graveness. Then again, I'm answering you based on NuKuea's point of view of the situation. I understand him and I don't find him as hypocritical as you do. I would feel hurt too (destroyed even, especially after all the love Hia Lian suddenly showered him with). And I don't say Hia Lian wouldn't be hurt to learn that NuKuea hid things from him, even it's it's just hobbies-related, but truly the betrayed feeling can't compare.

Every time Lian kisses Kuea, I love the face that Kuea makes from the moment Hia's lips touch his. Its always the same one - a look of surrender. I love it! Makes me blush each time! Makes me feel like I'm the one getting kissed! Gives me butterflies in my stomach each time I think of those scenes! And its interesting to see how Kuea is having troubles and doubts but when kissed by His, its like he wants to forget everything but at the same time his mind doesn't let him be and he pulls away, but its those first seconds where his heart is shown in the kiss! I love it!

This part made me cry in more ways than one. Out of happiness and cuteness when Lian asked Kuea to be his boyfriend and didn't want to leave his side. Out of relating to feeling uncomfortable with what a friend says, the way Kuea handled it and Ton responded made me happy. Also cried out of sadness when Kuea cried in front of the phone picture of him and Lian 💔. Does he really need to wait till the deal is done to tell him? Syn being mesmerized by Nuer was so cute and how Nuer assured him he wasn't going to disappoint him 🥰 Laughed when the pup peed on Yi.

The level of satisfaction I get from the script writing tho. I love how this series script writer do their research. From producing a beautiful consent scene, to calling out a bad friend.
