From their novel Diao is attacked by Yi pet tiger when he is 7 yrs old to which Yi shot it with a gun and the tiger fell on top of Diao drenched in blood. The trauma from that event causes Diao to lose his childhood memory, I can see why Yi is protecting Diao from the dog. But still its so funny, the dog be like calm down man!

Both Hia’s are completely unable to communicate with their partners. Lian comes off as controlling and manipulative because he can’t admit to Kuea he made a mistake in how he treated him, and Yi comes off as abusive and angry because he can’t admit to Diao how worried he is about him and how guilty he feels.

Since everyone's talking about the two main couples here, can we take a few some times to appreciate how FINE Gemini aka Jay is??? I'm not a huge fan of the actor (maybe not yet) but I've known and watched him since his previous acting project, he really was awesome. Also, I noticed that he just appeared for a short damn moment but his performance here in this segment was superb. We know Perth is such a good actor, his gaze, the way he talks, all the details he gives off of potraying a bilingual person…(cus he's bilingual irl so) damn he's fuckin ATE and delivered. He wasn't getting a huge screentime here but his character left so much good impression, at least to me 🫠 please y'all need to realize how amazing his acting is AND OH GOODNESS GRACIOUS HIS VISUALS 💯💯💯 HE'S DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS. I actually like His Yi and Diao's relationship, I know it looks toxic at parts, like Yi following Diao and needing to know where he is every minute, but I read Diao and Yi's part only in the novel and now I get why Yi is so over protective and is the way he is. Bc apparently their story in the novel is so messy (but not in a toxic way.) Just, all the shit they went through together in the novel is heartbreaking and just wants you to want them to have a happy ending even more 🥺

Diao's relationship is really off. The way that he is visibly scared if he makes a mistake. And he was breathing really hard as if something was gonna happen. I'm happy they finally got a cute fluffy moment lol EDIT: He also literally sent SOS to Kuea when yi found out about where he was. You can tell yi is just trying to protect him cse he cause him to lose his memory. Everytime he sees Diao looking scared you can tell in his eyes that he doesn't want to scare him but he doesn't know any other way to keep him safe.

But they already explained that Diao likes to come off as scared and teary eye boy to HiaYi so that he never has to face any consequences for his actions which would be wrong in any regular relationship (ie. Lying and doing things behind his back)...they're not really imbalanced more like they've found the swing that works best for them HiaYi likes being a hard ass and Diao likes to act cute and sweet to get his way. Diao has even mentioned to Kuea that he never really gets introuble since he just needs to act sweet to HiaYi and that HiaYi is all bark no bite.

@@sinnombrexd4144 Está en Wattpad (la verdad es que es un poco difícil encontrarlo porque le cambian el nombre, te recomiendo que busques listas de lectura bl, tal vez alguien la tenga guardado), son tres libros en total el primero cuenta la historia de Lian y Kuea, el segundo la historia de Yi y Daerw (Thacha) y el tercero habla sobre el padre de Yi y Naty.
