ഈ നൂൽ പെറോട്ട പണ്ട് ചൈനയിൽ ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ ആലുവയിലെ സഹാറ ഹോട്ടലിലെ ഷമീർ ഭായ് ഒന്ന് ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു നോക്കിയതാണ് ട്ടോ, പക്ഷെ സംഭവം പൊളിച്ചു. നല്ല സൂപ്പർ ആയിട്ട് മൊരിഞ്ഞ നൂൽ പറോട്ടയ്ക്കു ബീഫോ മീനോ മുട്ടയോ കടലയോ സാമ്പാറോ ഒക്കെ കൂട്ടാം. ഞാൻ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തത് മീൻ ഉലർത്തും മീൻ ചാറും കൂട്ടിയാണ്. മീൻ ചാർ ഒഴിച്ച് കുഴച്ചപ്പോൾ അത്ര സുഖം തോന്നിയില്ല..പക്ഷെ മീൻ ഉലർത്തിന്ടെ കൂടെ കറുമുറാ നൂൽ പൊറോട്ട അടിപൊളി. Nool Parotta is a wonderful variety of Kerala Parotta with extra puffiness and crispiness. It is perfect with beef fry, beef curry, egg roast, fish ularthu, or various vegetable curries. I tasted this with fish curry gravy and fish ularthu. When I poured gravy over the nool porotta, it became too gooey. I loved the crispiness of porotta with fish ularthu more.
