The acting was so natural in this one. It even felt like I was prying on their privacy, like the scenes really happened in real life and a camera just happens to be there to capture the moment. That's what I felt like while watching this drama (which is rare for me, and I watched a ton already). Anyone else feels this way?

很喜欢白敬亭在这部的人设，跟之前演过的角色大有不同，刑克垒这个角色对小白来说是一个不同的挑战，小白的演技真的是惊到我了，一入坑就出不了❤️

This is the only drama that i have watched so far where two lovers maintain long distance relationship well. There is no petty break up when one goes to abroad and then coming back to reunite again. Plus the balance between love and work is well maintained. I think we can learn so many things from this drama. "Fight hard and love hard" as quoted by Captain Hao in the drama.

Well said. And what we can learn alot of things from Mi Ka character herself; being mature in right situations, emotional control in relationship, etc. The characters in this drama have portrayed healthy relationships too; 1. Kelei - Mi Ka, always listened to each other, doesn't matter whose fault it was, they always ask for forgiveness. 2. Keyao (sil) supports her bro relationship and offer help whenever Mi Ka in trouble. 3. Xia - Mi Ka and Kelei - Wenbo and squad friendships, are among the remarkable ships. 4. Mentor - mentee relationships; Shao Yuhan - Mi Ka and Yanshan, Wei Lan and ER teams, Capt. Hao and his squad. All mentors have great leadership skills, something we can learn. 5. I need to rewatch (will add later). Haha. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

In Sunshine of my Life, Mo Feifei and Mingxuan Tang also has a long distance relationship, and they got married in the end after her studies abroad of two years, they had a break though another six months shortly after they got married. Another on of my favourites, but You are my Hero remain my first ❤❤

Lead role's chemistry is undeniable. You don't need to see more kissing scenes to feel the thrill. Them merely talking and laughing is already satisfying to watch. Well written plot. All characters played their part so well. Kudos to the cast! YAMH setting my cdrama standard so high! OST's are music to ears. On REPEAT! ❤️💜

Same. I have lost interest to continue other cdramas I was watching before I started YAMH. It has really set the standards for cdramas. I love how the leads were also having a good time behind the scenes like how Ma SiChun laughed in some scenes is the same w how she laughs behind the scene haha maybe thats why their acting came out naturally uwu

this drama has the MOST healthiest relationship no 🧢 i LOVED it❤️‍🔥 it’s really a rare one that is underrated🥺😎 but not everyone gets to find a gem right😜 really glad i came across this and it just made me watch the whole drama in 3 days :’) now i miss them😔but it really is rare to have such a good paced out drama with nice start and good ending🥺❤️

How can I move on from such heart-warming OST, true-to-life well researched story and characters, great acting, natural delivery of lines (and punchlines) no over acting and even the laughter were all caught naturally. 這個不是太陽隊後裔設定呢！小說2012年就有了。講的是中國的特警屬於警察。救助一些百姓的生活還有抗震救災之類的行動。不是國際特種部隊執行反恐任務的。其實在大陸的高鐵站也有特警執勤的，小哥哥們長得都很帥喔！很陽剛之氣又盡職進守

YOU ARE MY HERO, is the most wonderful & realistic movie I've ever seen, since I started watching Chinese movie way back 1915 to present 2024. This movie is really amazing. The casts, the staff, the sound track everything in this movie is perfect. The director is really great. Imagine he created a movie that's perfectly realistic. Chinese movie industry should produce more movies like this especially the casts like BJTing, Mi Ka, Wenbo, Dr. Shao, Kenyao & the rests of the cast. To be honest I just found this drama last week and I regret I didn't discover earlier..It's really worth it to watching and I love the ost so much 🥰🥰🥰 not so typical love story unlike other drama series.Mika and Xing Kelei is perfect and complete each other😍😍 Gonna include to my favourite drama list after Hometown Cha Cha Cha😘😘😘

Obsessed with this drama🥲 After finishing the drama.. I rewatch it from episode 1 lol At first I find the guy so unattractive lol but guess what now I follow him in every social media accounts LOL.. . He has a lot charm that makes me fall in love 🤧 and So as Sandra Ma ( the main lead).. their overall acting is off the chart!!! They have a great Chemistry and although there is not much a kiss scenes, totally worth to watch!!! 10/10 i recommended.

just finished watching this drama and i fell in love with the cast chemistry, storyline, OST and everything.
