Looks like a ferry flight from Israel to somewhere in the US for paint and interior!

Are these still built in Israel and completed in the USA?

@@chrisbynum4940 Yes they are. Primarily finished in Dallas Love Field but there may be one or two other places here in the US for completion.

This G280 was probably in Belfast for a full stop on her way from Gulfstream Israel to Gulfstream US for completion.
