one of my favorite irish folk songs. Heart it on "Simply folk" when I was a graduate student in Madison, WI. I had taped part of it 25 years ago when I was there but didn't catch the name. Have been searching ever since to find it. So 10 days ago, I played the song on the station's request line and asked them if they could identify it. And today, I got a phone call from a gentleman at the station saying that they figured out. He was so nice. I am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I can buy the CD. Check out this station. The best station of its kind I have ever heard. All of Madison's station a wonderful.
