INGREDIENTS:
For Masala:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Whole Dried Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1/2 Tsp
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1/2 Tsp
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - 2 Tbsp
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 2 Tbsp
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Less then 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - Less then 1/2 Tsp kuti
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - As Per Taste
* Potato(आलू) - 5-6, Boiled
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
For Batter:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Big Bowl/250 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1 Tsp
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 2 Pinch
For Bread Vada:
* Bread Slices(ब्रेड स्लाइस)
* Lukewarm Water(पानी) - Some
* Bread Crumbs(ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
RECIPE:
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil & grated Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Dried Coriander Seeds & Fennel Seeds & saute all well. Then put grated Ginger & Raw Mango, some Mint Leaves, Green Chilli & Fenugreek Leaves & stir for a while. Then put some spices Like Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Black Salt, boiled & mashed Potatoes in it. Mash them with the masher & put some Coriander Leaves. Keep the filling cool down & make balls.
For Batter, take a bowl, keep the strain on it & put Gram Flour by sieving it. Then put Salt, Carom Seeds & Water gradually in it & make a thick batter. Then put Baking Soda & mix well & keep it aside.
For Bread Vada, take some Bread Slices & cut their edges. Then dip the bread into the lukewarm Water & squeeze the excess water with your palms. Take a filling ball, keep in the middle of the soaked Bread & cover it well & make a round ball. In the same way, make ready all Rolls. Then dip them in batter & wrap them with Bread Crumbs. Then fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in color. Serve the tasty & crispy Bread Vada with Chutney, Curd, Sauces & Green Salad & enjoy it.
TIP:
Take an air-tight box, and keep the silver foil in it. Keep the ready Balls in it & keep them in the freezer for a long time use.
For Baking, bake the balls in the preheated Oven/Convection/Air Fryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 min by applying some Oil to them.
