Ingredients :-
1 Medium Raw Potato
1 Small Onion
1/4 Cup - Wheat flour/Atta
1/2 Cup - Suji
1/4 Cup - Dahi
3/4 Cup/180 Ml - Water
Salt To Taste
1/2 Tsp - Cumin/Jeera
1 - Green Chilli
1 - Inch Ginger
2-3 Garlic
6-7 Curry Leaves
1/4 Tsp - Baking Soda
Oil
For Chutney :-
50 Gm - Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp - Roasted Peanuts
1 Tbsp - Dahi
1 - Green Chilli
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup - Water
For Tadka :-
1 Tsp - Oil
1/4 Tsp - Cumin/Jeera
1/4 Tsp - Black Mustard Seeds
1 - Dry Red Chilli
6-7 Curry Leaves
