The film was directed by Arjun Sablok and produced by Future Group owner Kishore Biyani. The title of the film was taken from the song of Roshan's debut film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. Upon release, it met with extremely negative reviews and was a box office disaster despite having a stellar cast.

the movie is great, the duo Saif ali khan and Hrithik was so cute, the story is adorable but the couple Hrithik Esha is not so good.. her acting is actually not so bad, but the couple does not make us dream! I still like the movie for the story 🙂

Because their role was more complex - Saif has tried and it has come good but it would have been way better if done by a seasoned actor. He is better at acting off late but nothing to write home about... If you personally like him, it can be irrespective of his talents and it is okay...

He forced director to delete Hrithik's tremendous dance number 'Chunariya' because he wanted a song on him & later Saif was made dancing in that song Chunariya. He fought for more screen presence that tempered the script which caused weakness in screenplay & finally the movie got flopped. Saif's stretching screen presence is a vital reason that made the film become slow.

@@ishitachoudhary345 wah this is news for me...! There are some cringey moments in the initial stages of the film, till it gets serious. If I remade this movie, I would do the same scenes differently whether Saif or not. Even in the serious portions, Saif is not posing a serious threat to their relationship - so I totally ignored his role... Now when I look back, it might have been a weak link...

This was my favourite movie in school. The hritik and esha pair was so fresh and beautiful. Hritik looked handsome in every shot Esha deols was so cute. Her costumes were just 😍🥺 I wanted all of them.😁 Dunno y it didn do wel in box office. Bollywood doens't make any such movies these days 🥹

I just love this beautiful romantic movie about true love and true friendship. Hrithik is superb in the role of the lover who has to make the excruciating choice between love and friendship. The expression on his face is incredible when he realizes that the girl he loves is the same one he is helping his best friend marry. Very good and most underrated movie - not a flop at all !! But it would be much more appreciated if it were subtitled in english.
