if dendi doesn't play pudge in TI4 its not worth the ticket

They might have not been fancy glorious hooks but the hooks he threw did catch and kill key enemy heros and also made them afraid to leave safety. That is the whole point of pudge, kill key heros, make them paranoid, give your team some breathing room. I think this video perfectly captures that.

Read the patch notes. The person who gets hooked now goes to place he was hooked from. That means to the space from where the hook was fired, regardless where pudge goes to after that.

you actually can still do it with whisp, but not in the same way. Na'Vi made a video about it on their channel, only thing is Dendi would need a refresher orb on Pudge to make it work. So essentially yes no more fountain hooks but it's still possible in theory.

I'm not really watching only dendi but the sinergy between him and his team mates. This is not a game of technic guys, at least not completely, you need cooperation and strategy and those guys really are good on it. You all can make supreme hooks with pudge but doesn't mean anything as long as your team can't win the game cause they suck in teamplay. And let's say it clearly, we all are humans, even this dendi, so not always you can play perfectly plus depends by who you have in front. Sorry if i didn't spell it properly, i'm not english.
