This verse of Faiz depicts the horrible state of affairs in Europe during second WW when he was stationed there as a public relations officer to the Allied forces. Faiz being a true humanist was deeply touched by the miseries & devastation of war.

Please note this Urdu Ghazalia Kalam by a Punjabi. Wrong Pronunciation by The Singer is a Shame for Music Producer and Director. Please Mentor the Singer’s like Lata Mangeshkar was mentored by Ustad Ghaulam Haider. Both Rest in Peace Eternally in the Heavens
